Initial Contact

You reach out via email or website form.

I may ask for some additional information regarding your shoot before sending you pricing information.

Project Confirmation

Once you confirm that youโ€™d like to work together, I'll send a contract, invoice, and an onboarding questionnaire.

We'll also schedule a pre-shoot consultation call.

Pre-Shoot Prep

Pre-Shoot Consultation:

We'll discuss:

Scheduling: Finalizing project timelines

Location and Models: Sourcing suitable options

Shot List: Creating a detailed plan for the shoot

Inspiration: Gathering visual references

Pre-Shoot Preparation:

After our call youโ€™ll receive an email detailing next steps, like where to ship your product.

I typically handle logistics like booking locations and models.

Iโ€™ll also create a shot list and visual brief to ensure your shoot is organized and on brand.

The Shoot & Delivery

A day or two before the shoot, you'll receive a confirmation and any final invoices.

Post-Production and Delivery:

Your complete gallery will be delivered within two weeks or by the date we previously agreed upon.

Iโ€™ll send a brief survey to gather feedback and improve our services.

Please note: This is a general overview of our workflow. The specific details of your project may vary. I am committed to open communication and transparency throughout the process.

 FAQs

  • Simply ship your product to me. We'll discuss the best location for the shoot, whether it's my studio or another suitable spot, during our pre-shoot call. You can include a pre-paid shipping label if you'd like your product returned, or I can gift it to our models.

  • If your project requires models, I'll source and book them. I typically budget $100 per model for fair compensation. However, in some cases, models may be willing to work in exchange for your product. We'll discuss the best approach during our pre-shoot call.

  • I have a variety of props on hand, but if we need something specific, Iโ€™m happy to source it and bill you for the additional cost. You can also ship props to me along with your product.

  • As I brand photographer I try not to let any photographic style influence my work, rather I will shoot in a way that conveys your message the best. We will discuss what style of imagery most suites your brand during our pre-shoot call.

  • Ideally, I'd like a month to complete your project, with two weeks for planning and two weeks for post-production. However, I understand that timelines can vary. We'll work together to find a schedule that suits your needs.

  • No, thanks to our detailed planning process weโ€™ll only capture the specific shots you need, saving you time and effort.

  • Every project comes with a digital use license which means you can use your images for any online marketing.

  • If you want to print your images, you can purchase a commercial print license at any time (you donโ€™t have to decide at the time of the shoot). The cost depends on factors like intended use, duration, quantity and industry type.
