Quarterly Brand Photos for South Sound Realtor
Melanie Tinsley is a local real estate agent serving Steilacoom and beyond here in the South Puget Sound area. Melanie focuses on great service and strong communication. She is easy to talk to and honest and I’m sure that anyone who works with her feels like a good friend right off the bat.
Melanie’s goal for this year was to become more searchable in the Steilacoom area. One of the ways she set about reaching that goal was by creating re-purposable content across multiple platforms and in order to do that well, she needed consistent branding photos! This made Melanie a great fit for my quarterly brand photo package.
It’s not quite the end of our year working together, and so Melanie still has one more shoot with me, but I just couldn’t wait to share what we’ve accomplished so far. For her first quarterly brand shoot, we focused on lifestyle headshots in my studio. This is always a great place to start with when building a library of imagery for your brand. For her second quarterly brand shoot, we took things on location and did a shoot in her hometown of Steilacoom. We shot a few images in her favorite local coffee shop and then around the cute iconic downtown area since this is the neighborhood she is aiming her marketing towards. For her third quarterly brand shoot, we got super personal and created content on her mini farm. For this shoot, we incorporated her family too which was so fun. For her last shoot, we plan to fill any gaps in content that she needs, most likely back in my studio. I can’t wait!

Prior to meeting Effie, I dreaded professional photos. I am not the “hands on the hip, power stance” kind of gal, and I’m just not that kind of Realtor anyway. These aren’t your typical stuffy headshots, where you’re uncomfortable, not dressed like yourself at all, and forcing a smile.
