10 Ways to Use Your Brand Photos
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY is more important than ever in this day and age of social media and online shopping!
Photography takes your brand to a whole new level, positioning you as an expert in your field, showing how your products are used in everyday life, giving your brand a personality and a vibe, the list goes on.
Now I’m sure you’re thinking, “Okay, Effie, I’ve had a brand photo session, but now how and where should I use my images?”
Here’s a list of 10 ways you should me using your brand photos:
This is probably the number one place your images should be. Your website is so important in this digital age. You should have a banner image, a headshot, product (especially if you have an online shop or Etsy type business!), and process images all on your website.
This goes hand in hand with your website. Blogs with images are more visually interesting and will hold your readers attention better. Trust me.
This one is obvious.
Although Facebook is not first and foremost a visual platform like Instagram, posts with images are still more likely to be seen.
Another visual platform where you should be showcasing your product or service.
Google emails me ALL THE TIME to tell me about all the benefits of adding more photos to my Google business listing.
If you don’t have an e-mail list yet, you should! It’s a great way to get in front of your audience. And again, images will help hold their interest.
Brand images are a great way to beautify your online courses, e-books, pdfs, etc!
Your brand images will also look great on your business cards and give you an extra edge on flyers and other print marketing materials.
If you use a client management system like Dubsado, you probably have a portal that your clients can log into. Add a banner image here and on your contracts and invoices to come across as extra polished and professional!
